When can you start your holidays in the Navy?

I'm not sure if this is 100% correct. But I've heard that the Navy You 30 days vacation. When you can start with them? Can they, how are you going? Can more than one vacation in a row? Or have you spread it?

You can earn a rate of 2.5 days per month. You can not take leave, while in a training status. If you go on your first duty station, that command shall have their own rules about when and how much you can make. on the limit, no more than 2 weeks at a time. and each command has its limits, how many on leave at the same Time.
