I won a bridal gift – this is a scam?

I received a phone call that I just got a two night, three days vacation in an all-inclusive resort in the Bahamas, Mexico, or somewhere else. They said I entered the competition through a bridal shop. I have put in a drawing to the website of David's Bridal, but they could not confirm where I entered. It's a catch though. I have to go on a one-hour presentation this Saturday to get my prize. They said they want us to check out their products and give them our opinion. There is no obligation to buy anythin. It looks like they bridal registries. They sell Household, especially for the kitchen. Your site is www.rphealthspectrum.com Has anyone heard about or done by them? Thanks. She said it was not a timeshare, but I know what you mean. It's the same scheme.

Yeah … I have this too. You go to the thing, an hour, they try to sell you their products (over the top kinda / cheesy). Then in the end they will be the gift certificate, or if you buy a certain amount of their product, they will leave your upgrade voucher to 6 days versus three days (or something like that). We went … It was "cheesy" (for lack of a better term). We have the gift certificate, and place seems Umm … not very "high class" (And I'm nice), so that we are not even going! We are not willing to spend the money for airline tickets to reach them. Oh, and it is not "all inclusive" free. You need to pay a certain amount, there are all inclusive and it is not cheap. I personally would not recommend you waste your time to go. It is not worth to be honest! Good luck!
