Is it better to book an all-inclusive holiday or travel independently?
My husband and I would still travel to Jamaica this year. Is it better to go all-inclusive book as sandals or couples, or our own hotel and pay for food, etc. when we get there? Thanks!
If you never been abroad before, I would recommend an all-inclusive. The all-inclusive takes the whole trouble of the journey – you pay and space, food, alcohol, non-motorized Sports, etc. for "free." The trouble is that you feel obliged to stay at the resort to eat and drink, be merry, or are you paying twice for the same thing. There is no problem if you are satisfied with the meal (equal to) all 7 days, and institutional foods, such as the local alcohol and other guests are civilized. If you have traveled abroad before, I would recommend that the pay-as-you-go "option. You can eat where and what you want, whenever you want. You Know You see more of the natives, as you will leave the connection.
