By law all beaches are open to the public for Barbados from the high water mark down to the sea. Not one is off-limits to anyone. This is great, if you look like stars, Barbados beaches are a popular hideaway for celebrities from around the world. Celebrity or not, anyone who wonders visits to pink-white beaches Barbados' coral reefs were therefore made in a very fine powder by the waves of the ocean.
Favorite beaches "are not automatically adorned the calm waters of the Caribbean. It is true that many of us as the "Zen" of rest. But some of us long for the exciting and rough the Atlantic Ocean.
In its 70 miles of beaches, offers both Barbados. The water lapping the beaches of the west coast, also known as our "Platinum Coast, the Caribbean Sea, which is as calm as a lake. The Atlantic Ocean on the east coast offers world-class surfing waves, it's fun to sit on the beach on the "Soup Bowl" in Bathsheba on the east coast and watch surfers risk life and limb for a ride on the perfect wave.
The south coast offers a blend of Caribbean and Atlantic waters – these waters are not calm, but not stormy not. The living water and sugar-white sand beach make the Beaches of the south coast is a favorite for many of our visitors.
Every "best" list is a personal effort, and collection of the best Beaches Barbados is necessarily even more personal. There are as many as it could be a combination in each list. But here's a stab anyway.
1. Carlisle Bay. We begin near the town, a mile-long beach along the length of the historic Carlisle Bay from the Hilton at one end (called Needham's Point) to Bridgetown, on the other side. Actually, this beach is more in local sections, such as Yacht Club Beach, Burke's Beach, Browne's Beach and so divided, but It is a gleaming surface, beloved by many Barbados.
2. Brandon's Beach. On the north side of town, along the beginnings of the West Coast. Another amazing long white sandy beach, surrounded by calm, warm waters. Brandon's beach is Brighton Beach and then turns back again in Brandon's. But what to call it it, it is a beauty.
3. Sandy Lane Beach. The center of West Coast opulence. This is a good place to relax and watch the Stars from the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel come to revel in the warm Caribbean Sea. Madonna, Pavarotti, Jagger, Cowell, Tiger Woods (the honeymoon there) – they have all been there, and they all come back. And no wonder – the beach is a pristine white, with water so clear you can wiggle your toes.
4. Cattlewash Beach. Walk several miles along Barbados 'east coast rough absorbed Cattlewash beach of the power of the waves of the Atlantic' first landfall after a voyage of 3,000 Miles. As a result, the surf is magnificent, throbbing in day and night. The swimming pools are little pools and remote areas – other spots may be dangerous. 5. Crane Beach. to swim is a wonderful sight of the towering view of the Crane Hotel, and a pleasure to walk or Along. This is in the southeast of the island, but the waves are broken by a long reef, so that the lake safe and flat. You can use the hotel property or public roads.
6. Accra Beach. Right in the action area of the south coast. They are often spy the superstar singer Rhianna here. She is a native Barbados and comes home often. And why should not choose Accra Beach? Accra is a half mile of blazing white beach, with great body surfing and swimming Areas along.
Until now, because who knows, Barbados, is my list of required their followers and their opponents. The truth is, there is probably no bad beach somewhere on the island. So go ahead – explore them all, and create your own list of favorites!
