I have recently married and my wife and I were lucky enough to go to Playa Mujeres, Mexico for our honeymoon. Playa Mujeres Cancun is located, and the resort we were at was a relatively new called Excellence Playa Mujeres. This is an All Inclusive Resort for adults only, and it was fantastic!

The price tag this place was pretty expensive when you compare to other places, but the online reviews were very good and it made the list of features of this place, our thoughts. Excellence has eight restaurants, an American restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, Japanese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, a French Restaurant, a lobster house and another restaurant that changes the menu every few days. For the most part all the food was great. I think our only Complaint was that the portions were very small, but since that this was an all-inclusive resort, we were only able to get more food and it would not cost us more money.

Another thing great about this place was that you could order room service 24 hours a day. The service was always amazing and very fast. There were several bars provided by the Resort, where you could order alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. They were very good drink smoothies for breakfast. Also, if you put by the pool, or even the Beach, there were servers that have been received your order and your drink would direct to you.

There were several pools at the resort were all the perfect temperature. It was a spa that we never, but we heard that it was amazing. The rooms were great, they had their own hot tub, open to the outside. It was a flat TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Also, there was a fridge in the room which was full stocked with beer, soda, lemonade, water and snacks.

Although I like children, was one of the best features about this resort, the fact that no children were allowed. That made it so much more relaxed and calm, that's what its a holiday should. There are many holiday from the children may choose, so if you bring your children there should not be hard to want to find an alternative, but if you just want out of all the distractions, the children present, this is the place to go.
