Tropical holiday in March?

My two younger sisters and I will make a trip in March and we are undecided, whereas it go. We are warm Looking for a place that has crystal clear water, a spa and maybe all-inclusive. Do you have any suggestions? We are really just relax and enjoy any other company. Our grandmother gave us some money and we want to use it to take a journey together and remind them (she was an avid traveler). Does anyone have any Ideas? We would fly out of SF and the places I thought were Belize, Antigua, etc. We do not want crazy financially, but want a beautiful Place to go. Please help! We want to make it on Thanksgiving.

My wife and I went to Negril Jamaica in March and it was beautiful. The weather was in the upper 80's perfect and the water is calm and blue. We stayed at couples that would not work for you but there are many other places in Negril as Sandals or Breezes.
