What is the best Spring Break Family Vacation near Georgia?
We have two adults and three children (girls aged 10, 7 and 1 year)
Savannah, GA would be my choice. It is my favorite city in the world. There is a beach near the Tybee Iceland and it is a beautiful city. There are great Shops right along the river on River Street. Fabulous Food too! All seats are beautiful, especially in spring. There are shops all over the city. If you want activities on the beach, there are many things to do on Tybee. They have all sorts of activities beach, beach and stores only play on the beach. There are large parks in Savannah, they have a minor league baseball team and a lot of cool tours. I do not know if your girls are Girl Scouts, but it is the home of the Girl Scouts, Juliette Gordon Lowe's home. There is also an old Civil War fort on the road between Savannah and Tybee located. You can spend the day exploring the ruins and there visiting the website. I recommend this beautiful and historic city!
