Are there any Adult Only All-Inclusive Resort in Montego Bay or near non-pairs?

I'm going to Jamaica for a wedding. There adult only all inclusive places that do not provide primarily for couples on honeymoon or a romantic weekend? In other words, there is no place for individuals to go and have fun?
