FIJI VACATION. Help please?

OK, so I and my girlfriend (both 20 years old) Fiji will for our first tropical vacation in January and February We need a lot of spas, or unusual Champaner parties, but what do def, is a villa or bungalow or whatever that is right on the water, or close enough in the dive were more a part of it, and activities such as climbing, exploration ziplineing, that such things go IM me 100% for the diving, so if you have any Information have the best all-inclusive resort we can go and spend a total of 8K for a minimum of 10 nights.
