cheap hawaii vacations all inclusive

A real no no in Hawaii! Never go into someone's home in Hawaii wearing your shoes! I do not care if they are dirt floors .. It is a matter of respect and honor.

A what we all hope when we travel is that we do not "look" like a tourist, at least I do. In Hawaii, the idea to "dress down", especially in the shoe department.

It is a tradition in many cultures do not give someone at home on your shoes. This is the case in Hawaii as well. The locals normally only wear flip-flops or thongs .. commonly known as slippers or slippas in Hawaii, one reason being is easily removable.

If you plan to hike or dine in a fancy restaurant in Hawaii …

Slippas wear!

Slippas are easily removed if and when you meet with a Hawaii resident and invited her home for a little "Ono Grinds" (delicious food) and some "Wala 'au' (talk history have a different term used in Hawaii to the Gift of Gab with each other to share adventures and thoughts) means.

Never, never, give someone back home in Hawaii, without your shoes first, even if they have dirt floors. Ya would not be easy to do, out of respect for their home and person. Normally you are a whole range of shoes and see slippas before the door of the Hawaiian people. It's very cute.

Mahalo (Thank you in Hawaii), will take off your shoes often have a lot of Hawaii Real estate residents only written outside their front door. Artisans use this as an opportunity by signs of tile or wood and other materials. Award plaques "Mahalo for take off your shoes" are for sale all over the Hawaiian Islands.

You can "Locals" or "Surfahs" Brand name for most hip find, but cheap (under $ 5.00 normally) on a lot even grocery stores throughout Hawaii. Ya might want to go ahead and , Wait until you come to buy what the locals wear yeah? Make your first stop on the local grocery store or quick stop .. too funny huh? "

What do ya, unless you have extreme feet or something, do not wear shoes and socks, which is a sure sign that you are from the Midwest and it is your Aim to fit right in?

Aloha! A word that can never be said too much in Hawaii.
