Help with holiday themes ?!?!?

So to start the experiment planing my husband and I have a late honeymoon / vacation. He was in Iraq and when we Baby had one has been put on ice. Anyway, look I've been in, like the Bahamas and places like that, but as I was again ready to go, somewhere in California or perhaps even Florida (maybe a little cheaper). I want a place, the beach is beautiful and near or on a lot of places to eat and shop, so we are not there rent a car while, but if we have to thats fine too. If we are somewhere in the States, I would love for them to be all inclusive. Even the kind of vision 5500 aroud like to go below $ but has a small would be fine.
