Where would you recommend (hotel) to the islands?

I look forward to leave the islands to the south (Jamaica, Bahamas, Cayman etc.not picky ..) Where is the best hotel, all inclusive, but would also close to shops and things to do in the night for adults?

Jamaica, Riu Ocho Rios All-Inclusive hotel very nice. Night life for adults to go to James Street known as the reggae band. 1 of the top club Jamaic'n Me Crazy.
