Honeymoon Options: Fiji or Asia?
Here's the thing: We had booked our honeymoon every 2 weeks for Hawaii and Mexico, unless there's all this political turmoil is now in Mexico, so we have decided that partially cancel. From Hawaii, should we go to Fiji (bonus: Direct, only 6 hours) probably amazing experience, or somewhere in Asia such as Thailand or China? (Disadvantage: no direct flights to China, has 15 hours driving time overall, how are you from NYC, where we are. Thailand to live a longer connection time. Although the premium, they are both) is much cheaper? Any tips? We want not be bored on our honeymoon, so I think, Fiji and Hawaii could also be similar. In addition, Fiji is quite expensive, the package would be everything we again from Mexico, but that was all inclusive, and this would not be. Thank you!
Basically, it depends on what theme you for your honeymoon. from your first choice, it seems like you prefer the beach / city / festive theme. If you Fiji you almost the same feeling as in Hawaii, the concept of beaches, resorts, Polynesians, People etc. If you choose to Thailand or China, would you offer a very different experience, although Thailand could be the big resorts and beaches but offer you would get the special Asian twist. It could cost more than budget and air time, but it is an experience worth would receive. To do a simpler journey why do not Japan or South Korea? You can stay in some rural hot spring resorts in the mountains and experience the charm and fine arts Japan / Korea. In end of your honeymoon, you will get 2 different atmosphere. There are direct flights from Hawaii to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Seoul, it is also much easier for your Returned to New York. Good Luck with your honeymoon
