all inclusive vacations in costa rica
Cancun or Costa Rica in July?

I plan to somehow take my Mom for a wonderful holiday (mother / daughter). The time frame is the first July 18th I'm currently thinking between Cancun or Costa Rica. We are not the kind of people who would be happy just spending all that time in one place, wetbar and spas. Ideally I'd like a few days at the combine beach / snorkeling with adventure tours, etc – see the Mayan ruins, or go on nature tours. Since I am Mama with travel, adventure, to be sure:) None of us has ever been to Mexico or Costa Rica, an advice will be useful. The biggest concern is the rainy season / Hurricane season, and also what to do. In Cancun, with day trips to Mayan ruins, horseback riding, cenotes, etc – Is there enought to do 18 days? Is it better to stay in all inclusive hotel? In Costa Rica – as it is rainy and what to give general advice, would you? Thanks in advance:)

I have been both. While in San Jose, Costa Rica, it was raining cats and dogs, but only for short stays. In Cancun, it never rained, but we went to Guadalajara and it was raining dogs and cats there are and even for short stays and then dry up completely in a short time …… in July you might see some rain. As far as crime, I see nothing in either place. The drug cartel in both countries, Limon in Costa Rica to know how to be the Tijuana in Mexico. The place where drug cartels conduct a lot of shops. I really loved both Places. Its hard to decide, but what I think was cool about Cancun was that we saw the lights of Cuba from the beach at night. In addition, the Xcaret Eco Park only a Cats jump, skip and a jump from the resorts of Cancun ….. this place is incredible. The natural beauty, its ultra-safe, many activities, and not too expensive. Have a waterproof underwater camera! You will not regret it. Costa Rica, but … oh man the volcanoes and Resorts of them are wow! The people of Costa Rica are also different … they are so nice. The beaches here are stunning, as in Cancun. The things are cheaper in Costa Rica .. Food, drinks, taxi, hotel, resort, etc. …, but Mexico has the better food. Costa Rica has also becuse a huge amount of American retirees, it is very safe. the ifrastructure in Costa Rica also way more worn and repaired needs as the …. of Cancun Mexico has this problem too, but not in Cancun. I really do not know what to say to you is better, maybe toss a coin … this Way you have a story.
