St. Lucia All-Inclusive on a budget?

Can anyone recommend a good all-inclusive resort in St. Lucia? I'm trying to plan a girlfriend getaway for 4-5 days for my and I in March and was wondering if anyone knew: A) a budget-friendly (but not necessarily cheap) all-inclusive, and B) the best days of the week (to be booked plane tickets and saving rates). I think Sandals Resort is your best bet. From what I understand, it is the best hot spot in St Lucia for an all inclusive holiday. It is monitored on a hill that the feed is not too far from where the airport is located and where the cruise ships are one of the best tourist resorts on the island is in. Soufriere on St. Lucia.
