Questions about "all-inclusive trips from Canada to Mexico?? Please reply!?

We live in Alberta, Canada and looking for somewhere Go cheap and hot for one weeks all inclusive about the beginning of February, I made Expedia.ca (reviewed seems to have the cheapest)) and made many trips around $ 2200 for two people all inclusive for a 3star hotel. Is this a good deal? Or is it better to book a flight only and then the hotel and all-inclusive option when we arrive. Internet is the best place to book or a travel agent would be better? Advice or websites I would like to check out ….??? Please help > You
