"What is the best beach vacation for the first week of January, when the weather is sunny and hot in North America?

I need a place to relax found on the beach, with sunny and hot / warm weather during the first week of January. Has anyone out there know a good place to go. prefer North America, but open to suggestions for Mexico. I do not have very high budget, just need to relax and release some stress. I appreciate any good suggestion on your personal Experience. I searched for many Internet deals holiday, but got very confused. Thanks.
