Need help planning a group tour vacation in Barbados in 2011?

want a trip to Barbados in 2011 to plan. Through them I have to take 2 years is know I need to take the steps to try to plan the trip. In the past I have planned group tours a year. it is ppl usually about 20. 10 rooms. I want it for 2011 so ppl have time to save money and would like to go as a kind of celebration, R & B, Jazz or down. Only the all-inclusive route please.
