All Inclusive Vacations 4 all

My husband is a surfer. I'm trying to plan a winter vacation as a Christmas present.?

(I have skymiles). My husband has been in Peru, Costa Rica and was the Caribbiean. I am looking for ideas that you may be aware of. I want to stay at an all-inclusive resort, if possible, but if not the is in order. I am perhaps interested in Mexico, since we both have not been there, and I think it is cheaper than any American place. My main goal is to somewhere where we will stay for a hotel, where there is a surf break very close, although not directly to the same property. I am ready to go anywhere. Please let me know what You can think up. Thank you! Oh, and I'm not set on Mexico, all is in order.
