Caribbean Vacation / Travel Suggestions for Young Couple? First Timers ..?

We are a young couple in the Caribbean would be interested for the first time in July or August, for about a week or so. We look forward price-conscious but, if we treat the cost will be rewarded. We are not much into the party scene is no longer (it was done trust me!), so we are looking for something more on the concept of romance and relaxation with a dash of fun or perhaps extreme sports. I JetBlue flight credits are then we are interested in using this goes somewhere, and JetBlue flies: Aruba, Bahamas (Nassau), Dominican Republic (Santiago, Santo Domingo), or Puerto Rico (San Juan, Aguadilla, Ponce).
