Best Caribbean Resorts for young people?

Hello, my family is a holiday in the Caribbean in July 2010. 1 adult and three teenagers, aged 13, 15 and 17, we look forward to Turks and Caicos Islands, the Dominican Republic or Jamaica, but we are open to all suggestions. We we really like an all-inclusive resort which has a variety of activities for teens, such as snorkeling, water slides, or riding on the beach. We want a place that is not completely overrun with young children or babies prefer, either. The price is not a huge problem, but we would prefer to not be outrageously expensive. We are planning for 6 or 7 nights go. So, suggestions where to go? Thank you in advance for the help!
