Adult Package, which is the best?

I also have some islands in the Caribbean and Mexico (Aruba, St. Lucia, Bermuda, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Cozumel, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen) and have always stayed at All Inclusive Resorts & love them, especially the adult one. It is our way of traveling. I'm looking for something newer & Upscale in the Caribbean, Mexico belongs, is certainly not just for the trip. You do not want a repetition of the island, we had to do that. We are a quiet couple & do not do the nite club scene, but we enjoy a show or entertainment in the evening. Can you recommend somewhere they have been? Although it is not a Adult only all inclusive, all suggestions would be appreciated all inclusive. All on tripadvisor.com and nothing grabs my attention. Thanks for your input. Please do not suggest anywhere in Jamaica as this for us. Thank you.
