Where to stay in San Pedro Belize,?

I'm trying to plan a Belize honeymoon, which in February 2010. We keep looking for the best seats to. We would like the experience that all Belize has to offer, and the Mayan ruins and beach time are a must. Has anyone stayed there before? Do not recommend "all inclusive "packages. We would like alcohol, as are also included. Thanks in advance!
