Recommendations for an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean?

I'm looking for a not very expensive all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean, California, South or America. Requirements: Warm safe with good weather in March, Good place for teenagers or young adults. (ie, not a place that many of the retired placed to attract old people.)

I was recently in "Dreams Tulum" an all-inclusive hotel in the Mexican Caribbean, its awesome! and there are many Mayan ruins to see that the hotel has great service, including its ALL (room service, tips, everything). And most people stay at the hotel, the Americans / Canadians, all employees are speak English, and) not many old couples, mostly families, teenagers, young adults (honeymoon. The pages are great!
