best all-inclusive resort for young people?

My family wants to book a holiday (2 adults and 3 children), but we could plan our other family to go (2 more adults and 1 child) because it would be cheaper (4 persons) in each room. We come from New York (as we would for air from JFK go). We are looking for an all-inclusive hotel, the low rates that is) amazing entertainment, and a Teen Club (not just a game room. We would like to Go to Dominican Republic, Barbados, etc.. (not really Cancun, cabo, burmuda or Bahamas) somewhere along the east coast so airfare is usually a crazy price.
